On my fiance's computer, the address bar on Internet Explorer has mysteriously disappeared...I've looked all over the internet for help for this problem....Most people who say the address bar is missing either simply have the toolbars locked in such a way that the address bar is not there, or they have the address bar slid somewhere slightly off the screen so that they can't see it. Both of these problems are easily fixed, but that's not what is wrong with my fiance's computer....The address bar is checked under the "view==>toolbars" menu. The toolbars are not locked, and her address bar is nowhere to be found....I've looked and looked for several weeks, but have turned up nothing. She doesn't have any viruses or anything like that. What on earth could cause the address bar to just simply be missing? Any ideas??? Please help!
I've had her just use Firefox, but to get certain updates from Microsoft you have to use IE. Thanks in advance for your help!
