IE 9, 10 or 11? For windows 7

So I liked 9, thought it might be getting outdated. Jumped right to 11 and find it buggy. So out of the three, which is best.

And yes I know, ditch IE, for firefox, chrome. And yes I have those installed as well.

How is IE11 buggy? It's the best version of IE that you'll get to date.

I honestly don't recommend non-IE browsers often unless people have a specific need for it (extensions, bookmark syncing, etc).

I find that all versions of IE do a pretty good job at downloading Firefox.

But seriously, not that I use IE for much; I can't say that I find it buggy.

Do you have only the x64 version of Flash installed? I had a problem on a friends PC (who uses IE), and he was having issues and somehow he had the x86 version and x64 versions of Flash installed and they weren't playing nice.

I had to remove them using Adobe's uninstaller and re-install the x64 version of flash and that fixed his problem.

That's my only troubleshooting experience with IE11.

certain websites appear like the margins are not formatted correctly. These websites look older. Also several website I use at work do not function with anything other then 9.

I agree. I run W7 and IE11, tho Pale Moon is my default browser and I suggest you give it a try. No bugs here.

Cept for dust mites U can't see or know are all over the place.

11 is the safest and most modern IE to date. Either use Internet Explorer 11 or switch to (the latest version of) Firefox, Chrome, Opera etc.

IE 11 is not buggy in itself. However, IIS needed an update to support it properly, and Microsoft did a very poor job of communicating that fact. This means that many sites (microsoft.com, for one) did not work with IE11 for a long time.
