HI
This afternoon I downloaded IE 8 to my laptop. The laptop is running Vista Home Premium. When I was using IE7 I made several shortcuts on the desktop to open different web sites. When I clicked on the shortcut the site would open and fill the screen on my laptop. If I wanted to go to full screen I would click f11.
After downloading IE8 when I click on the existing shortcut the window opens but only fills about 1/3rd of the screen. When I use the F11 the screen goes to full size.
I tried all the fixes that worked in IE7 such as clicking on the enlarge box in the upper right corner and then closing the browser. I clicked on the bar at the top of the screen and then closed the browser. I even pulled the browser to fill the screen and that didn?t work.
Am I missing something or is there a problem with IE*?
I need help!
Thanks
