IE 7 interface

Is there anyway to move the tool bars around in IE 7? I like the menu bar on top, but I can't move it. I unlocked the bars, but they won't move anywhere if I try dragging them. Am I doing something wrong, or did MS just program it this way?

I found the answer:

To move the Classic Menu to the top:

Navigate to:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser]

Right Click in the Right Pane>New>Dword Value>(type) ITBar7Position

Click the new Dword created>Modify>(type) 1 (as the value)

Restart IE 7
