IE 7 cookie automatically cleared

Everytime I restart Windows, my IE cookies get cleared automatically 🙁 and I have to reenter all my passwords on every forum and every mailbox! why is this happening?

I am on a fresh Windows XP Pro SP2 installation, with all windows updates + NOD32 🙁
