IE 6 window sizing headaches!

Im running IE6, and I have this nagging problem where secondary windows open up really small and I have to maximize them each time a new window opens up. Now, if I use the IE shortcut on the desktop or the IE shortcut in the quick launch bar the window opens up full size, however anytime I use *right click, open in new window* option the window that actually opens is like 1/50th the normal size. I have tried top open a second window, resize it, and close it out several different ways thinking this will *save* the setting, but all have failed. Any input would be great.

Thanks,

Try this; Open up your main window which is usually full size, then right click [ open in new window ] from the drop down menu for your second window, resize it to full screen as you did before, THEN, click on your FIRST full size window and shut it down with the X in the upper right corner. Now, when you use the [ open in new window ] function , it should come up full size. This site has many fix's for XP problems; http://www.theeldergeek.com/index.htm .

i have no idea what the hell ronach just said, but here's an easy way to do it:

1) open up ie. make sure only one window is open
2) "Restore" the window so it is in the small window mode that annoys you.
3) Resize the window to a size you like
4) Hold shift and click X to close it

ba-da-bing problem solved
