IE 6 freezes, help!

:disgust: Lately, my IE 6 freezes every sixth or seventh click, the page sits there with all the links not working. Then after about thirty seconds, it responds like normal. This is annoying and I did a IE 6 repair in Add/Remove Programs but it didn't help.
Any ideas?
