IE 6.0 wont open

im posting this for a friend...because his browser will not open when he clicks on his icon to bring it up it does nothing no errors or anything it's like he dosent evan click it...he has tried reinstalling it and that didnt work eaither...so if any of you know how he could resolve this prob. i would really like it if u sent some feedback...thanx JT
