IE 6.0 weird pop up window

I have this pop up window that pops up randomly. when i checked the properties, it says it resides in:

res://E:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/n2p.ap/advmaster;sz=250x250;ord=10002254010002254?

i've tried ad-aware to remove it but it can't detect it.

does anyone know how to get rid of this?

I would try two things first.

1. Delete your cookies.

2. Go here and select the Opt Out choice on the left. Then have it add a cookie to your machine that automatically rejects the doubleclick cookies that track you.

It's something to try, as it appears to be an issue with doubleclick.
