Does your browser do this too:
After failing to load a page (due to server timeout for example), and then succesfully reloading it, the title of the browser continues to be "Cannot find server". I've seen this with WinXP beta, and IE 6.0 Final (on Win2k).
It's starting to get on my nerves ... since I often try to reload a page and send the window to the background. Since the "Cannot find server" title persists, I close the page without looking, when there actually was content.
