IE 6.0 users look inside

Occasionally when I am browsing sites I get "page cannot be displayed", but I refresh it and there it is. I have my IE settings to "check for newer version of stored pages" to automatically, and a cache of 200MB.

Any ideas?
 
If the site is getting high activity or there are traffic problems, the server may not respond within required time limits.
