IE 6.0 missing links and pic's

I'm using IE 6 and win2k pro recently got e-mail from ebates for a $30 off coupon for office depot when I click on it it says ,

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
Also when I go to ebay alot of the spaces that should have pic's have this error in thier place.Why?
