IE 5.x Content advisor problems

I have a client whos Contnet advisor will reset itself each time they log out to a setting which severly restricts thier access to the internet and "apparently" they never messed with it. I have disabled it many times but it literally resets itself everytime. Has anyone come accross this before and is there a fix that you know of... TIA

Virus has been one I have seen cause this.
