IE 5.5 SP1 and Win95 osr2

Hey, this is kind of a stupid question. Right now i have a clean install of win95 osr2 on an older P1 system. Will installing ie 5.5 also install win98 features, such as view folders as web page, and the little toolbar next to the start button? I actually want these features installed. If ie 5.5 does not come with them, do i have to install ie 4 first and then upgrade to 5.5?

If I recall correctly, IE5.x won't install the active desktop to a PC that doesn't have it already. So, you'll need to install IE4, and then you'll have to upgrade to IE5.01 (better then IE5.5 IMO...)
