IE 5.5 Problem! Need help

Hi,
I got IE 5.5 SP1 windows 2000 sp2, the problem is that when i open IE and type any url, my browser freezes for 5 sec after site is loaded then continues to work. When i type new url in the same open browser there is not 5 second freeze. Can anyone one help with that problem? Thank you.

P.S. installed IE 5.5 SP2, IE 6.0, latest NIC drivers, norton 2002 virus free, nothing helps please help
