IE 5.0 Homepage resetting - Automatically at start-up

After a brief visit to an XXX site (by my brother) my IE homepage automatically resets to this site every time I Restart my computer. I have deleted my cookies. I have deleted everything out of my temporary internet files. I go into Internet options and reset the homepage to what I want it to be, but when I restart the computer, that XXX site is set as the homepage.

While viewing the page online, I looked at the properties and found this:

res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/offcancl.htm#http://www.**********.com

Is this what is causing this automatic switch at start-up?? How can I get rid of this?

Someone PLEASE HELP!!

Start, run, type: msconfig <enter>

Look under the StartUp tab and see if you can find anything that seems like it could be something that auto-changes your IE default web page -- chances are the answer is in there.. 🙂
