Idle power consumption

Does anyone have IDLE power consumption figures for these systems? One of the AT articles only posts encoding/application/etc power consumption, but not idle for a C2D system.

I'm spec'ing for a home server, and want idle power consumption to be minimized. The last I checked, I remember CD and C2D power consumption being really similar, so if that's the case, then the comparison I want is really just C2D+Gfx vs EPIA.

Using an EPIA power simulator, If I put 1x1GB PC3200 in a EPIA M10000 with a 3.5" HDD and optical drive, my idle power consumption should be around a 80W. (power simulator link)

What would a low-power specced C2D/CD system even use? If I went with a 650i, what would the power consumption of a 650i MB+Lowest power CPU+low power Gfx+HDD+optical drive be? I know it's a long shot, but I really hope someone here is running such a system and happens to own a wattmeter...

Thanks for the link. I guess if I built a C2D home server, I'd be looking at about 120-130W of power consumption on the average. The article doesn't explicitly explain exactly which video cards get paired to which CPUs. They also don't have a midrange CPU paired with a low-end barebones graphics card either, which is what I will be doing. I imagine that most of my power consumption is going to be attributed to the storage subsystem, but I'm still not sure how to best go about it...
