Idle/Load temps X2 4200+

I overclocked my Athlon X2 4200+ to around 2.6GHz (238MHz x 11). My idle/load temps are ~36C/~66C when running two instances of Prime95.

Apparently, X2's maximum temperature is 65C, and I'm going over that -- but only when both cores are stressed for a long amount of time. If I keep the clock at 238x11, will this hurt me in the long run? I guess what I'm trying to say is, am I running too hot on full load? I'm not sure if I'll ever 100% stress both cores at the same time for hours on end, so... yeah.

Thanks for the help.

don't overclock too high if you don't have adequate cooling solution... especially if you are only using a stock fan & heatsink.

I was using a ThermalTake Silent 939 K8, but I switched to a Thermaltake Big Typhoon. At 238x11 my temps are now 32/52. Is this more acceptable?

And by the way, how "good" is my overclock?

My 4200+ is at 238x11 also(2.618ghz) 1.475v. I am using the stock AMD heatsink, and my idle/load temps are 35c/51c. You were running way too hot before, but your temps are just about right now. It's a pretty decent overclock, seems most of the 4200/4400+ get to just under 2.6ghz.
