Idle/load delta of 32 C too much?

I'm at 27 C idle and get up to 59 C when stress testing with Prime 95 after about 15 minutes. Is 32 C too high a delta for the idle/load temps?

Running an E6420 at 400 FSB no voltage changes.
 
Seems like it is excessive. But it might mean that your case is not properly ventilated, or the CPU fan is not working at the MAX RPM under load.

Make sure that your CPU and Case Exhaust fans are operating at the MAX speed under load, and add a Side Panel Intake fan (Blowing INTO the case, preferably onto the processor HSF).
