Two eagles down here have been shot and left for dead, but survived.

Stupid freaking rednecks. It was getting talked about and a bunch of hillbillies didn't see the problem since they are off the endangered list.

They are still protected however....

Well.. Florida does have alot of rednecks. The rest are Cubans and illegals.
And no just because an animal isn't considered endangered anymore doesn't mean open season. I was taught you only shoot what you intend to eat with very few exceptions. Like rats, snakes, or some other pest.
