You have to understand: Louissssss is the consummate troll. Indeed, people in the garage have developed a severe dislike for him pretty universally because he tends to act in the young-teen age group and his arguments are generally laced with profanity and put-downs. Think what it would look like if Eminem got a keyboard. Pretty much the same.

He's been given multiple vacations, but it doesn't seem to sink in, and in true troll fashion he doesn't seem to understand why so many people don't like him. The best option is to simply ignore him, and let the mods handle it when he gets out of hand.
