Idiot drivers and blockbuster

If anyone here lives in Florida, you should have even more reason to fear for your life today. Now, when a person is convicted or pleads out to a traffic offence, they can go to Blockbuster, and rent a tape starring Jerry Seinfeld or other comedians for Traffic School on Tape!

WTF is up with that? It was bad enough when you could go to a comedy club and get your certification, but at least they knew you sat through it! Now all you have to do is show that you rented the fscking tape!

And people wonder why driving is such a nightmare down here...

You watch the video tape in ~four sections then, after each section, you log onto the net and take an on-line test.

I used to drive down there quite often and it never bothered me, even when they decide to craw everytime when it rained. But the best defense against those drivers are offensive driving and that comes naturally or just use common sense. (hand full of tiny steel ball barings to get rid of those pesky drivers that runs up from behind w/their high beams on)
