At the bottom of the page is an audio clip of this guy who was quoted .002 Cents/ kilobyte of data transfer, and was charged .002 dollars/kilobyte.

The customer service rep just can not make the connection that there is a difference.

... how is it Canadian customer service? It was billed when he was in Canada.

You know what would be simple?
0.002 DOLLARS or 0.00002 DOLLARS.

You're almost as stupid for that thread title. Comprehension FTW.

Wasn't meant to be a bash Canada post. My apologies.

When I listened to the audio clip I assumed it was Verizon customer service in Canada, not in the States, since he clearly says in the clip that in the States he doesn't pay based off of data downloaded.

I searched for customer service, and Verizon and didn't see this posted. I also searched after I made my post and my thread didn't even pull up, and clearly it contains the word Verizon in it.

Search doesn't work. Never has and never will.
