Does anyone remember those original XBox auctions where the guy said at the very bottom that you would just be getting a picture of an XBox? Well just for spite, I copied the pictures off the auction, essentially stealing his goods he was auctioning.

I don't see how the buyer is screwed? So what they'll file a complaint for non payment and he'll get kicked off of Ebay potentially. The seller might be the one at loss if they don't kick him off, he'll be the one paying all the fees...Sucks for him.
