Okay so my ATI 9600 must be dead 🙁.

Now I have to use the onboard video in the meantime. Which is fine. But when I scroll
down on any webpage it lags and its like sloow motion.

Anyone know what fixes this? Driver updates available or anything?

Sounds like a driver issue. I have a 200v at home but I have never used the on-board. Try either Biostar, VIA, or microsoft (if windows) for a updated driver.
 
F.Y.I. I recently read that there is a known problem with the 200V and the ATI 9600 series video cards, so don't throw that card away just yet!
