Twice today I've been called from a 732 area code (New Jersey) telling me I was approved for a cash advance and then a car loan. This has come across my cell phone and I haven't applied for anything in over a year. Advice please.

Yell into the phone IDENTIFY YOURSELF! This is a no call state! Identify yourself and your company so I can notify our state distinct attorney to fine you!

After doing some searching on the phone number, it appears that many people are getting calls from 732-231-2088 over the last 3 or 4 weeks. These people need to be burned alive.

Raise hell with your cell provider. They gave out your #, possibly. It may be in their contract that they can do so but some customer service person would catch hell.
