I am going to flash the BIOS and i need help identifying it. (I will upload a picture later).

-3 PCI slots
-SiS 620/5595 chipset
-Has slot 1 and Socket 370
-AGP slot (i think)
-2 PC-100 DIMMs
-the only thing integrated is a DIN

SiS 620 didn't have AGP, that'll be a secondary display card connector for the integrated VGA.

Not too many vendors made boards with SiS 620. I'd check PC-Chips and ASUS. The most popular one was PC-Chips M748.

Stop the machine during the first post screen and write down the bios version. This will tell you exactly who makes that mb. Each mb manufacturer has their own identifier embedded into the bios version and all you have to do is look it up. You can try starting here http://www.pcnineoneone.com/howto/moboid2.html
