Identifying CPU steppings

How can I identify a CPU's core stepping? Usig CPU-Z, I have the "Stepping: 9" value, but how does that translate to the "B0, E0" stuff?

Wich is the latest stepping for a Northwood at 3GHz? I want to make sure I get the latest one.
