Identifying chips and size of 72 pin simm

I have a ps/2 that recently failed at work and am trying to figure out how to identify the memory as far as how big and what type it is. Is there a website that I can go to that might be able to help me out with this. On the chips all it says is:
23f9187
ibm 93 14
12512gpe

and it also has 68x6254d 37f5550 c 091 9181 along the bottom. I would appreciate any responses on this matter.
