ok I got an aopen gf4 mx440 and it should have been the 8x which i felt like would have been their aeolus model so how can I absolutely ID the card they sent me????would Belarc do it??? are there codes on the card itself???or on the chip. To me pics on the website mean nothing as do the stickers pasted to the card. I just have my suspicion on Their P/N codes are not matching up. not sure they would do it on purpose but they did have a pic and P/N up on their site for an 8x aeolus I am sure I did not get that but I would kinda like to know what I have I have already done an RMA cue they sent me a mx440se so can anyone tell me how to find codes as they relate to specific cards
thanks!!!!

Go to a tool like WCPUID and check the "AGP information" which will tell you the current AGP rate. Should say 8X. :)
