Identifying a USB media reader....mysterious...

I bought a USB card reader (compactflash and smartmedia) a while ago in europe and never used it here in the states, now I want to get rid of it but the darn thing has no labeling whatsoever except for the ISBN (or whatever it is) on the bottom with the barcode. Thats it! anyway, I have no cd for it or documentation so I'm screwed. I tried going searchin "usb card reader" by usb card reader and still had no luck. Are there any gurus who could help me out? I have a picture or two but thats it? Can someone help me solve this mystery???

BTW, its a transparent green plastic encasing.

Do these readers not get identified by windows when you plug them in?

How much do these things go for now anyway? Does XP not have built in drivers??
