Identify this stereo system

My parents bought this stereo system almost 15 years go. I'm movin out of the house soon and they wanted to get rid of it. we don't use it much at home since it's in our living room but I figured I could use it in my new place. For an old system, it sound pretty good but I was just curious if anyone recognized the model and could tell me any specs on it. I tried googling the amp but didn't get any useful results. Here are some pics. Sorry about the quality. Lighting wasn't exactly the best (warning they're large):

How about list what you already know instead of us squinting trying to identify the models of everything on the pic?

I am satisfied. That and I can't beat the price (free). But I'm just curious how it stacks up to modern day standards.

Are you wanting to know how many watts, frequency response, that sort of thing?

Do you want the truth, or do you want a fabricated tale of how you just scored mega wattage ?

😛 it's all to make my e-penis bigger. Naw, I'm just curious about the specs of it. Like wattage, freq. resp. like nakedfrog suggested.

everything there is probably decent (for free, at least), but I would replace the CD player. the early sonys often have trouble playing cdrs, not to mention sounding like total crap (even the high end ones). if you have a decent DVD player or CD walkman, it will probably be better than that changer.
