I have a friend who got a monitor from the music building (I'm at college) and instead of an SVGA, it has this plug in the back:

O'.'.'.'.'OO

plug is female. ANYONE recognize this or have any idea how to hook it up to a PC? Thanks a ton.

Looks like proprietary Sun Microsystems workstation connector.

Really? That makes sense, they have Sun stations here. Can we hook it up to a PC anyway?

Its called a 13W3. My IBM P200 uses the same connector. The cable has a 13W3 on one end and a VGA on the other.

My guess is that it's a fixed scan monitor and you'll have to get a corresponding video card for it(Sun video card=super $$$)
