While I was looking through my parts bins for stuff to put on eBay, I found this item. All I know is it has the following numbers on the back 94v-0 1696 400-00026-00. It was made by Adaptive Solutions INC with a copyright of 1995. I pulled it out of a upgraded Macintosh 9500/150 and has a standard PCI interface. Any ideas what it might be?
