Identify this old laptop RAM

I found this in a box of misc crap, still in a sealed package(!).

I couldn't find an exact google hit with specs on the model # that is on the sticker. I found one that is off by one letter and is a 128MB 100MHz SDRAM, but the model numbers aren't the same.

I googled the model number on the individual RAM chips and came up with this:

First one listed: "4M x 8bit x 4 banks synchronous DRAM. Max freq. 66 MHz(CL=2&3). "

So does this mean these are each 4MB chips, so 4MB * 8 chips = 32MB?

Why do you need to know?

Sounds like an old SDRAM Sodimm, 66MHz (PC66), your guess of 32MB is probably accurate for the capacity of sticks of that era.

Not much use these days at all unless you've got an equally ancient laptop to upgrade.

I wanted to know so I could accurately represent it when selling. I'm sure someone needs this and I'd rather not just trash it. Hell it was in a sealed package!! I don't even have a clue as to how I got it

Don't bother. I tried to unload several guaranteed working 32MB and 64MB unbuffered PC66 and PC100 DIMMs on Ebay with free shipping. I listed them for three days with no reserve, then re-listed for five days, never received a bid. Still have them around here somewhere in a box.

They made up to 256MB PC100 sticks (or was it 512MB?) that are backwards compatible to PC66 slots. There is very little need for a tiny 32MB stick.

DDR400 is far from worthless.
