Identify this KVM

We have several KVM switches where I work, but I think there is a problem with the firmware and Windows 2000. The Model numbers are CS18-MM (main switch)and LC98-M2. They are 8 port switches and they are over 4 years old.

ATEN for the first...
WRIGHT LINE for the 2nd one.

I did a search on www.wrightline.com and did not come back with anything. Is there a website for the ATEN?

It turns out it was a Wrightline, but it is so old that they dont support it anymore.
