what i do know about them is that they are samsung ddr 266b. what i dont know is the cas rating, i assume b might be for the slower (other ram listed has an a beside it). but this is only what is on the sight i bought it from GBCOMP. the text on the chips themselves is from top left to bottom right

ive been looking through the samsung sight, and dan at gbcomp hasent responded (not sure if he knows forsure, or just cuz i bug him too much). and i cant seem to find anything on them on the web either.
there are 16 chips on the ram occupying both sides (8 on each side). there is also some very faint text on each module, but it differs on each chip, so i figured it's so they know which chip goes where or something to that extent.
