Yeah the 1990s called the store owner wanting their CCTV security cameras back.

I think it's a 1998-2002 honda accord. The EX model had a moon roof.

I think @Pulsar narrowed the generation down better than I did, although it's near impossible to locate a photo with the correct angle to match the surveillance photos, here's a representation of a similar car, a 1998 in this case:

I'm thinking a Pontiac or GM derivative of some sort, but that Honda could be it.

I was going to post this. I had a white '98 Accord EX and while those wheels are definitely not OEM, it does appear to be a 6g Accord.

Hit and run accident (non-PI) as driver was pulling onto the street. And no cams that are positioned well enough to read license plates. That is going on the 'to-do' list.
