Identify a film?

There was the film a while ago, a guy goes and holds up a store, taking a girl as his hostage with his "gun".
He then proceeds to drive to Mexico with the cops on his tail and the girl in his car.
The girl has sex with him I think, or as near as, on the journey, and at the end of the film the reach Mexico and run off together.
Yeah, and the "gun" was really a chocolate bar I think.

I can't remember the film name at all, but I hope someone else might have seen it/know the name?

Side Note: Flea and Anthony Kiedis from the Red Hot Chili Peppers play the 2 kind of "hickish" guys in the film... (Big RHCP fan)

Ok, I've got one for you guys...

I remember a movie when I was a kid where there was a group of soldiers and one of them was a cyborg. He was like half tank (his lower section) and had like robot arms and stuff. Was a pretty cheesey movie if I recall... (probably 15-16 years ago when I was 8 or 9 years old)

Any ideas?

My wife loves that movie. Something about having sex in the car like that.
