I kept ice on it yesterday, soaked it epsom salts, and put no weight on it all day yesterday. I have it taped up today and taking some advil for the pain. Any other ideas? This is really going to screw up my workout schedule.

I'm not going to go into the story on how it happened. ;)

Fapping up while standing and tripped over soemthign as you scrambled when your mom came in the room again, eh? ;)

I don't tyhink you can do much else to speed the recovery. I'd think in a day or two, when its better, start putting al ittle weight on it. Leaving it there forever will take longer.

EDIT: Spelling.

How did it happen?

Anyway I always found that cross country running on loosely cut trails was good for a sprained ankle. Kind of a "sink or swim" recovery.

I couldn't walk at all yesterday because of the pain and swelling. Defintely not running today Skoorb, I'll just do weights. :)
