Ideas on streaming audio/video across a LAN.

I want to set up a meeting room so several managers can keep track of a meeting as it progresses.
That way they do not have to stay for the entire meeting and can go in when their agenda items come up.
What is the best way to set this up??
Video quality is not a priority.
