Ideas for new motherboard for XP system

I currently have an Asus A7M266 with a Thunderbird 1.4. I am thinking of replacing it with an Athlon XP 2100, but I'm not sure what motherboard I should get. I don't need onboard RAID (I'd like to do RAID but realistically I won't be for a long time), but it should be a pretty decent board. Also I will probably be putting a Visiontek GeForce4 Ti4600 in it, so if there are extra requirements there (there aren't any that I know of) they would need to be addressed. Thanks!
