Ideas for my dad's birthday present!

My dad's birthday is coming up and I really don't know what to get him...(this happens every year!) He's turning 62, he likes roller blading, he composes music, he's a lab technologist, and he is an artist. He also has everything known to man-kind in each of those areas...leaving me tapped out of any ideas of what to get! Please any ideas would be appreciated!

or find a local do-it-yourself pottery shop, the kind of place where you make your own bowls, vases and whatnot? and get a gift certificate from there.

Hey that's a good idea, I'm going to look into the pottery thing right now.

Massage is a great idea. My Dad "demands" a neck massage every time we see him, so maybe I should get him that for part of his 61st B-Day next month

what's your budget? does he like gadgets? if so, how about a nice gps handheld?
