Ideas for Multi-Display Workstation?

My security company is rebuilding our command center. I'm a Security Guard. They know that I'm knowledgeable about computers and have included me in the planning stages.

This is what they have so far http://www.digitaltigers.com/index.shtml, this is digital tiger?s website. They used this company at another company site and spent over 13,000 on 1 workstation and 7 to 10 LCD monitors. I think a better solution is available and wanted to check with my Anandtech friends: cool;

What would you suggest in this circumstance? I don't think they will let me build the machines but I would like to help find the best solution for them.

I'm looking for a workstation that can run 6 to 8 24" LCD's or more, maybe 1 30" LCD and 24"ers around that. This is used for monitoring closed circuit television and basic Microsoft, internet type applications. Thanks!

Matrox has quad in 1 pci card.. or Nvidia quadro 4xx series.. pcie or pci.. add 2-3 cards, gets you 8 or 12.. not the best.. i think there are higher end card, but its pretty pricy.
