Ideas for Best Man toast... for Saturday...

Hey everyone my brother is getting married on Saturday and I'm the best man. I've been so busy helping out that I haven't had a chance to start working on a best man toast. Any ideas or suggestions??? I've never really done this before so I can use all the help I can get.

I was the best man at my brothers wedding this past summer with a reception of around 200 people
I had an idea of what I was going to say before hand, but this is what I did to prep an hour or so before the toast:

1)drink champagne
2)drink some more champagne
3)think of wording of toast
4)don't drink too much champagne that you start slurring
5)give great toast
6)drink some more champagne

I don't remember the exact wording of my toast, but make sure that your toast is short and sweet.

have fun, and don't get nervous(the champagne really helps here )
