Ideal video card o/c for certain games?

first off, I have a celleron 600 @ 900, A-Open GeForce 2 MX, and 256 megs of RAM. The games I play most are Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament. How much should I overclock my card? Heck, how DO I overclock my card I'm kinda new to this?

Well the way I see it if you're gonna overclock why not push it to the max. Run regedit and go to the folder called local user i think. Then go to software then nvidia corparation. In there is a folder called global and in that is a folder called nvtweak. If nvtweak isnt there go up to the menu and hit make a new key called nvtweak. Then all you have to do is make a dword called coolbits and set the value to 3. Then your set go to the display options and the sliders will be there. Take it as far as you can go.

Are you sure about that?? Wouldn't that damage the card?
