Ideal Settings for Dell U3011

What are the best settings for the Dell U3011 for everyday use that involve basic computer work, gaming, and photo editing?

I do video editing as well as 3D modeling but that is more sporadic.

After reading a few articles online, many seem to suggest using the sRGB mode with Brightness at 8 and Contrast at 50. That is what I am using right now.

Does anyone else have the U3011 here? What settings are you using?
 
My settings:

Brightness: 20
Contrast: 50
Input Color Format: RGB
Gamma: PC
Preset Modes: sRGB
Sharpness: 50

I'm also using the color profile from TFTCentral.
