Ideal difference between system and cpu temp?

I am trying to figure out different kinds of fan configuration for my cpu.
I CURRENTLY HAVE A ENERMAX 80MM ADJUSTABLE SPEED ON MY SVC GOLDEN GATE mounted with the fan sucking.

My system temp is 27 to 33 c and my cpu temp is 43 (resting) 50 to 52 (load)

mean difference is 16 to 19c

I heard people comment that there difference is 10 to 13 degress is good.
Anybody have a strong oppinion on what the difference between these two temps should be?

Depends on the motherboard, since different motherboards read temps differently.
