Hello I have a i5-4690K intel cpu.
when I don't have anything running hardcore it is a solid 29-30C but when I run a game it jumps to 50-60C and 60C is the max....
I have read some articles about how this is good and normal but I have a Corsair hydro series H60 cooler. I want to know if these temperatures are still in the good to ok range?

Thanks for the quick response.
so even with the hydro cooler it is still running at normal temps
Well they're certainly better by at least 5~10 degrees as compared to the stock cooler, if you haven't overclocked (which I believe you may have) the system you'll see even less of a difference at full load.

I've got an i7-2600K at 4.4 Ghz. When I switched from a decent (but not great) air cooler to a corsair h-55 (also I upgraded the fan that came with it) I really didn't notice any improvement in idle temperatures. But as R0H1T stated, I saw a big improvement at load. With Intel Burn test I would see low 70's while now it barely gets above 60.

I noticed that, I play HIGH FPS games some times MMOS with high graphics and I was running at Prime 60-62C I'm new to the whole PC build and gaming aspect so Thank you for helping. Does anyone know of any programs that I would need to install to help with performance
