Idea how to login in Tribes2 after forgotten login name ??

Well my son have forgotten his login name... We do have CD key and Password but it seems impossible to login with this key and a new login name !! I have sent a message to Sierra but get no answer yet... It's very weid but I I really don't see how to login again... Have you idea ?? Thanks in advance
